Is it a secret?

I went to the Successful selling conference today and a guy called Larry Winget was one of the speakers. I've seen him before and like his style. He was talking about "The Secret" and commenting on how trainers intimate they have the secret of success. Well have a look on Amazon.
The image on the left is from the US version (over 5,000 books about sales and marketing secrets) and the right the UK version of Amazon. So what's the secret?
